I was really caught off guard when the manager barged into my room at 8 AM without knocking. I was getting changed! It’s not great to have that kind of privacy violation, especially when check-out isn't until 10. Super awkward!

Clean pool, parking on-site. A nice size and well furnished hotel room with a comfy bed and functional bathroom. Excellent location in a calm area so close to Melbourne for appointments, Glen Waverley which has a MODERN shopping centre and terrific restaurants, and Forest Hill Chase.

I specifically chose the Canterbury for easy access to this landmark. To my delight, I discovered the option to forgo cleaning services, which added a personal touch to my experience. I enjoyed unwinding at the bar with a variety of local and imported beers and wines, and appreciated the convenience of Oliver's Restaurant and Lounge being available for weekday meals.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the suite itself was tidy and new-fashioned. The location for Forest Hill was marvellous, near transport-bus, and the nature of the problem. Furthermore, central to all the stadiums for a basketball tournament.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Quality Hotel Canterbury International in Forest Hill during a business trip, which my director had chosen for us. I must say, the experience was largely enjoyable. The hotel boasts beautiful Victorian decor that creates a welcoming and elegant atmosphere. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, allowing me to unwind comfortably after long workdays. I particularly appreciated the quiet setting, which made for restful nights despite being close to the road. The staff stood out as truly friendly and attentive, always willing to assist and ensure my stay was pleasant. the fitness center was a nice touch, giving me the opportunity to keep active during my trip.
Breakfast could be better.

It was very close to our conference and stylish.
The bathroom fan wasn't working and the fridge was extremely loud and kept us awake off and on all night .

Had a great weekend getaway! The staff were super friendly and welcoming; a big shoutout to Francis and Christina for being incredibly helpful! The location is pretty central, making it easy to explore nearby fast food spots and a large mall. I wish I had known about the stairs as I have some mobility issues.

The food here was fantastic! the location was really convenient, just a short walk from shops and about a 15-minute stroll to the train station, which made getting to Melbourne for the basketball carnival easy. It was a relaxing stay for the day, and I’d definitely come back! 😊.

The room was comfortable and clean and the staff pleasant and helpful. Not far from restaurants and shopping at the Glen.
The toilet needed some attention it kept running. Also didn't like the idea of not getting the bond back immediately but these days that's very common.

Staff friendly
Room was a basic room and did not in my opinion rate as an executive room for the value of money paid ($200.00)
